This policy explains how Intolon handles the personal information you share through the enquiry form on this website. We collect only what we need to reply to you, and we treat it with care.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your full name
- your work email address
- your company (optional)
- your phone number (optional)
- your message, and the service you are interested in
We also record the language of the page you used, the page address and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can understand the context of your enquiry. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to mailing lists or use your information for marketing.
Where it is stored
Each enquiry is stored in a Google Sheet in Intolon’s own Google account, and a notification is emailed to the Intolon directors who answer enquiries. Google may process this information on servers outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months, then delete them.
Sharing
Intolon never sells your personal information and never shares it with anyone else.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email info@intolon.com and we will respond within 30 days.
